Consignment Sales
- Leaving the consignment to be sold for at least 30 days. If not sold within 30 days, consignors have rights to recall the item back or renew for additional 30 days.
- The sale price will be agreed upon the signing of the consignment agreement.
- The price will be negotiable with the approval of Consignor.
- There will be 30/70 split of the actual sale price between Consignee and Consignor as per the agreement.
- All applicable taxes will apply such as HST and other related duties and shipping cost will be deducted from the actual sale price.
- While the items are in JP Finance possession, it is fully insured for the replacement value of the item.
